Morning fly to Xian, meet arrival, visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Ancient City Wall.  

As the symbol of the old-line Xian, Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayan Pagoda) is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists.  It is located in the southern suburb of Xian City, about 4 kilometers (2.49 miles) from the downtown of the city.  Standing in the Da Cien Temple complex, it attracts numerous visitors for its fame in the Buddhist religion, simple but appealing style of construction, and its new square in front of the temple.  It is rated as a National Key Cultural Relic Preserve as well as an AAAA Tourist Attraction.

The first landmark visitors will encounter in Xian is the Ancient City Wall, which stretches round the old city.  The northern side runs parallel to the railway.  Xian was originally a walled city, and even today the wall is considered a landmark dividing the city into the inner part and the outer part.  The city wall is massive - tall, long and thick. The South Gateand North Gate are the two main entrances to the inner city.  The city itself is neatly arranged along the city wall.

Visit the Terra Cotta Museum, Hua Qing Spring Pool.

The Terra Cotta museum is not only a treasure house, but also a main scenic spot of Xian city.  Today the eighth wonder of the world has almost become synonym of the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses in 1987; the Emperor Qins Mausoleum was put on the list of the UNESCO as a world-class cultural heritage site. Now the museum is widely known as a huge modern site museum and it is going to be one of the best in the world.

Then, visit Hua Qing Spring Pool, also called HuaQing Palace, is a famous scenic hot spring spot in China, situated in the north of Li Mountain.  In the ancient times, emperors’ in Zhou, Qin, Han, Sui and Tang dynasty used this secluded place for leisure and entertainment. The water in the pools is very clean, so the bottom of the basin is still visible despite the stream just beneath the water surface.  Calming sound of the murmuring running water makes Hua Qing Palaceeven more enjoyable.

Morning fly to Guilin, meet arrival, visit Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill, Reed Flute Cave.

Elephant Trunk Hill, also called the elephant hill, lies on the conjunction of the Li River and the peach blossom river.  It is the badge of Guilin city.  The whole hill looks exactly like a huge elephant stretching its trunk drinking water of the Li River.  It is the masterpiece of karsts landscape, composed of pure limestone deposited on seabed 360million years ago.

The Fubo Hill is well known as the "Wonderland on Wave" with its exquisite peak rising high and its foot half in water and half on land.  The east of the cave curbs the river stream, causing the formation of a deep pool, so the hill is named Fubo Hill (Wave-Curbing Hill).

Reed Flute Cave is a famous scenic spot, located at the northwest of Guilin City, 5 kilometers away from the centre of the city, mainly offering a magic fairyland of stalactites, stalagmites, stone columns, curtains and flowers in fantastic shapes and colors while appreciating landscape and rural scenery.
